Mike is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of Roshal Health to exponentially grow the company as the organization leverages the caring passion of its people, the drive for excellence in patient care, and the advanced technology helping to deliver it all.

Mike brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry. Most recently, he served as CEO of iSalus Healthcare, an ambulatory electronic health records technology platform he founded and built into a successful company supporting the needs of the medical provider community. 

Mike previously served on the Executive Board of Directors for Ascension’s St. Vincent Hospital, a full-service facility with a Level I Trauma facility and comprehensive Stroke and Transplant Centers.  Prior to iSalus, Mike held leadership roles at Fidelity National, CNO Financial Group, and American Trans Air. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Mathematics from Ball State University.

In addition to his commitment to Roshal’s mission, Mike enjoys visiting and hiking America’s beautiful national parks, as well as relaxing with his family and friends at a backyard barbecue.

Sarah Kerns is responsible for the commercial strategy of Roshal Health. She leads Roshal Health’s expansion into new markets, connecting strategic partners nationwide with the on-demand workforce they need to mitigate personnel issues and optimize patient care. She is accountable for Roshal Health’s revenue-related functions including sales, marketing, and operations of new clinical initiatives to support the company’s position as a transformative resource for healthcare organizations and medical professionals.

Sarah has a diverse background, with nearly 25 years spent in commercial leadership across all sectors of healthcare including: pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare services, medical devices, and consulting. Prior to joining Roshal Health, Sarah was the Senior Vice President, Business Development at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, America’s largest provider of hospital-based pharmacy solutions. She also served in leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Pepsi.

Sarah excels at fostering a collaborative culture across Roshal Health’s revenue-generating disciplines in which everyone knows their role and is optimized for success. Under her leadership, a modern-day medical workforce is taking shape in communities all around the country.

Sarah is a proud alumnus of the University of Delaware. Outside of her integral role at Roshal Health, she enjoys spending time at the beach with friends and family and vacationing in the mountains.

Tracey oversees our Human Capital departments - Talent, Human Resources, Credentialing, and Payroll. She and her team lead initiatives designed to attract, onboard, engage, and retain exceptional healthcare professionals. Human Capital's work centers on creating a positive and connected employee experience, ensuring every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with Roshal’s mission.

With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Tracey brings deep expertise in recruiting and human resource management, aligning people strategies with organizational growth and operational excellence. Her leadership ensures that Roshal’s workforce remains both highly skilled and deeply connected to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

A Temple University graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Tracey is passionate about cultivating a culture where people can thrive both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family - making the most of beach days in the summer and mountain getaways during the colder months.

Joseph provides executive leadership and day-to-day operational direction for the initiatives that are helping Roshal Health create the medical workforce of the future. Leveraging his expertise in process improvement and business intelligence, he has been a driving force behind Roshal Health’s post-pandemic success, helping build out a technology-forward platform to provide the optimal experience for Roshal Health’s licensed medical professionals and healthcare clients. 

For over 20 years, Joseph has served in executive leadership roles, including as the Director of Strategy & Strategic Planning at the Walgreen Company and as Division President of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, where he helmed a multimillion-dollar unit that provided telehealth solutions to health systems around the country.

Joseph is a dedicated learner with a Lean Six Sigma background and, most recently, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Away from the office, Joseph enjoys a different type of work – the kind you do with a rake and some pruning shears. He enjoys tending to his garden and his yard in his free time.

Michael is responsible for Roshal Health’s technology strategy, development, and implementation.  He oversees Roshal’s innovative technology platform, which connects healthcare providers with the versatile medical workforce they depend on for scheduling stability and outstanding patient engagements. 

Michael’s distinguished background spans multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and entertainment. He has recently held roles with technology behemoths AOL and Yahoo. The depth of Michael’s experience allows him to translate Roshal’s unique business requirements into practical, tech-based solutions catering to the unique needs of providers, professionals, and patients.

As both a capable leader and enthusiastic collaborator, Michael helps perpetuate Roshal’s “may the best idea win” ethos. His commitment to fostering an environment where innovation thrives reinforces Roshal’s unwavering pursuit of sustained progress and growth.

Michael is a proud Sycamore after earning a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors boating and golfing.

“When I think about what our platform is doing for medical professionals – in a demanding field where it’s easy to get burned out – for them to not dread getting out of bed each day to go to work, well, that’s pretty fantastic. When you boil it down, technology is supposed to deliver some combination of making life safer, easier, and better.  I can say with absolute conviction that our technology is doing its job well.”

Kraig is responsible for developing strategic initiatives that further Roshal Health’s mission to provide the healthcare community with a modern-day, on-demand workforce. With an in-depth understanding of providers and professionals, Kraig leverages new opportunities so they can connect and work together to deliver outstanding patient care.

Kraig is a seasoned strategist and business developer with over twenty five years of C-suite experience. Previous stops in Kraig’s career include serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at iSalus Healthcare, the CFO at Custom Wood Products, and the Managing Director of ProfitableMD. In every instance, Kraig cultivated his problem-solving and leadership skills to drive measurable growth for his organizations.

Kraig is a Harvard Business School alumnus. He also holds a graduate degree in management and undergraduate degrees in business and accounting.  He is certified in the Balanced Scorecard and Professional DynaMetric Programs (PDPglobal) and is a Six Sigma green belt.

When he’s not outlining the strategic direction for Roshal Health, Kraig enjoys fishing and golfing.

Patrick oversees all the financial activities supporting Roshal Health’s mission to create the medical workforce of the future. These include devising and managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, and allocating Roshal Health’s financial resources effectively. Patrick’s financial acumen and strategic leadership are critical drivers of Roshal’s success as the company pioneers a viable alternative to the traditional healthcare workplace model.

Patrick’s background includes financial experience in the healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors. With a proven track record as a CFO, Patrick is ideally situated to ensure that Roshal’s fiscal initiatives align with the company’s position as an industry innovator and leader. As Roshal’s national influence continues to expand, Patrick’s steady hand will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s financial stability and capacity for growth.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University at Indianapolis. Outside of work, he enjoys learning about history, with a particular interest in World War II, and getting out to play 18 holes.

“The thing I like about working at Roshal is it’s very much a ’How do we make this work?’ company, filled with people who will find the right solution no matter where it lies. In my world, that means identifying ways to support Roshal’s tech-forward initiatives while making sure they live up to our standards of fiscal responsibility. You can’t have one without the other and expect to be around for very long. I think the spirit of innovation is in our corporate DNA, forcing all of us, even me as the ‘numbers guy,’ to be creative and avoid accepting ’no’ as an answer whenever possible.”
