Michael is a C-level executive with 25+ years of experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry. He previously served as CEO of iSalus Healthcare, an ambulatory Electronic Health Records company he founded and ultimately sold to private equity in 2018.
Prior to iSalus, Michael held leadership roles at Fidelity National, CNO Financial Group, and American Trans Air. Currently, Michael serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Ascension’s St. Vincent Hospital, a full-service hospital with a Level I Trauma facility and comprehensive Stroke and Transplant Centers. Michael has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Mathematics.
As COO, Joseph provides executive leadership and guidance over Roshal Health strategic operations. Using his expertise in process improvement and business intelligence, he leads calculated initiatives to drive organizational efficiencies and maximize employee and client satisfaction.
For over 20 years, Joe has served in several executive leadership roles, including the Director of Strategy & Strategic Planning at the Walgreen Company and Division President of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS).
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, as well as a Master in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
Kraig is an experienced executive with 25-years serving in various C-level positions, including as the Chief Strategy Officer of iSalus Healthcare where he was responsible for developing and executing a corporate strategy that resulted in acquisition by private equity in 2018.
Kraig is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School and also holds a Graduate degree in Management and Undergraduate degrees in Business and Accounting. He is certified in the Balanced Scorecard, Professional DynaMetric Programs (PDPglobal), as well as, a six-sigma green belt.
Patrick is the Acting Chief Financial Officer at Roshal Health, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from various industries. With strong expertise in healthcare, technology, retail, and professional services, Patrick has a proven track record as a Chief Financial Officer.
As a certified CPA, Patrick is well-versed in various aspects of financial management, including M&A, private equity, financial resource allocation, forecasting, taxation, internal controls, revenue cycle optimization, compensation management, and insurance administration. His history of purchasing, selling, and growing businesses demonstrates his ability to drive success. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University at Indianapolis. With his extensive experience and expertise, he plays a crucial role in ensuring Roshal Health’s financial stability and growth.
Roshini is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business systems and processes that streamline operations and advance company growth for Roshal Health.
She has more than 10 years of experience in project management and process improvement, and more than five years of experience in healthcare software integration and project implementation leadership. Previously, she worked for Presence Health and Intercede Health. Roshini earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management of Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
As General Counsel, Wes provides legal and compliance oversight and guidance. For over 30 years, Wes has served as in-house counsel for large enterprises in utilities, telecom and lending companies subject to federal and state regulatory requirements, and startups and growth businesses in healthcare, automotive and consumer products developing their risk management and compliance practices. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University as well as a Juris Doctor degree from University of Florida College of Law.
Marcia is responsible for spearheading new clinical initiatives and partnerships at Roshal Health. With over 15 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging field, Marcia is an Air Force veteran who has served as a medical professional and leader. Holding registries in the fields of Ultrasound, X-Ray, and Mammography, she has excelled in both military and civilian hospitals across the U.S., prioritizing top-tier patient care and process improvement. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Incarnate Word and is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Ian is the Director of Business Intelligence at Roshal Health. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Ian brings a unique perspective from his journey through the healthcare industry, starting as an imaging provider and progressing to become an operator and data analytics expert. Prior to joining Roshal, Ian served as the Director of Radiology Operations for a large hospital system, where he successfully implemented initiatives to drive quality and achieve significant cost savings. Ian holds an MBA in finance from the University of Houston and a BS in Radiological Sciences from Midwestern State University.
Kelly is the Director of Operations at Roshal Health. She joined the company in January 2015 as a full-time sonographer and has since been promoted to Zone Manager and Senior Zone Manager. In her current role, Kelly evaluates our OP Margins, oversees staff statistics within her region, structures staffing, maintains client requirements, evaluates fluctuating staffing needs, and collaborates with our recruiting team. Kelly attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and Virginia College at Austin. After graduation, she worked at a rural hospital in La Grange, TX before transitioning to San Marcos, TX, where she played a key role in the opening of “My Emergency Room 24/7” over the next 3 years.
Salina is responsible for building, developing, and leading markets across the Eastern Region of the U.S. for Roshal Health. With over 14 years of healthcare experience in radiology, Salina’s career progression within the company is a testament to her passion for people and commitment to success. Starting as a registered X-ray technologist, she advanced into ultrasound and is now a Regional Manager, overseeing a team of over 115+ employees. Salina is board certified in AB, RVT, and OBGYN, and her dedication has played a crucial role in her advancement from sonographer to Zone Manager, Senior Zone Manager, and ultimately, Regional Manager.
Tenille oversees and manages the Western US and Texas North regions, driving quality assurance and customer engagement at Roshal Health. With 18 years of healthcare experience as a sonographer in both the ER and advanced maternal fetal medicine, Tenille brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She began her career serving in maternal fetal medicine for 13 years in Pomona, CA before joining Roshal and transitioning into the ER. Tenille earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona.
