It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself, such as the duration of a page visit.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • To manage Your requests: To attend to and manage Your requests to Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations—for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws—resolve disputes and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when the data is used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of Our Service, or when We are legally obligated to retain the data for longer periods.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of Your Account and the Personal Data associated with Your Account.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To submit an Account and data deletion request, send an email to Info@roshalimaging.com with the subject line:

The request should be sent from the email address associated with Your Account and should include:

  • Your full name;

  • The email address associated with Your Account;

  • The telephone number associated with Your Account, if applicable; and

  • A statement confirming that You are requesting deletion of Your Roshal Health Account and associated Personal Data.

Do not send Your password, Social Security number, government-issued identification number, financial account information or other sensitive information by email.

You may submit a deletion request without accessing or reinstalling the Application.

Verification of Deletion Requests

To protect You and other users from unauthorized deletion requests, We may take reasonable steps to verify Your identity and confirm that You are authorized to request deletion of the Account.

We may verify Your request using information already associated with Your Account and may contact You for additional confirmation. We will not complete the deletion request until We have reasonably verified Your identity and authority to make the request.

Information We Delete

Following verification of a valid deletion request, We will delete or permanently de-identify the Personal Data associated with Your Account that We are not required or permitted to retain.

Depending on Your use of the Service, the information deleted or permanently de-identified may include:

  • Account credentials and authentication information;

  • Profile and contact information;

  • Location information associated with Your Account;

  • Device identifiers and Application usage information;

  • Application preferences;

  • Content or documents uploaded through the Application; and

  • Other Personal Data associated with Your Account.


Deleting Your Account is permanent. After Your Account has been deleted, You will no longer be able to sign in to the Account or access information, assignments, records or other Application features associated with the Account.

Submitting a deletion request does not necessarily require Us to delete information that is owned or controlled by another organization, including a healthcare organization, customer, employer, contracting entity or government agency. Requests concerning information controlled by another organization may need to be directed to that organization.

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited Personal Data when retention is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable employment, contractor, payroll, tax, healthcare, professional credentialing, licensing, recordkeeping or other legal and regulatory obligations;
  • Complete, verify or document payments and transactions;

  • Maintain records of services performed or assignments completed;

  • Detect, investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents or misuse of the Service;

  • Establish, exercise or defend legal claims;

  • Resolve disputes;

  • Enforce Our agreements and policies;

  • Protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, Our customers, Our users or others; or

  • Maintain records required by a healthcare organization, customer, employer, contracting entity or governmental authority.

Information retained for these purposes will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose. Retained information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, will not be used for unrelated purposes and will be deleted or permanently de-identified when the applicable retention requirement expires.

We may retain information that has been aggregated or permanently de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with You. We may use such aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, security, service improvement and other lawful business purposes.

Processing Time

We will ordinarily complete a verified Account and data deletion request within 30 days after verification.

Additional time may be required when reasonably necessary to:

  • Verify Your identity or authority to submit the request;

  • Identify Personal Data maintained in multiple systems;

  • Coordinate deletion with Service Providers;

  • Determine whether particular records must be retained; or

  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory or contractual requirements.

We will notify You if additional information or additional time is required to process Your request.

Backup Systems

Residual copies of Your Personal Data may remain temporarily in secure backup or disaster-recovery systems until those backups are overwritten or deleted through Our ordinary backup-retention processes.

After a verified deletion request has been completed, information remaining in backup systems will not be restored or used for ordinary business purposes, except when reasonably necessary for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
