“Coming from a traditional hospital where you spent 8 to 12 hours a day waiting on patients, just to be on-call that night, being called in and then having to return the next day for shifts was exhausting. So now, the flexibility of being able to have your shift, sleep, hang out with your family, go to dinners, and never have to set an alarm. Nothing could be better.”
