Read her story below. ## What is your name, job title, and how long have you been with Roshal Health? “Hey, Roshal family. My name is Stephanie Young. I'm one of the lead sonographers here with the company. I've been with Roshal for almost 3 years now.” ## Why did you choose Roshal Health? “I chose Roshal for the simple fact of getting more time with my family. The pay was amazing when I first got started here. I'm a mom of 6 kids and I also homeschool, so having that work-life balance has been such a blessing.” ## What is your favorite non-traditional benefit of RH? “The biggest difference with Roshal for me is being able to still have access to living life and being home with my kids to be able to school them and not having to sacrifice a whole lot of time away from my family on a daily basis, but still getting the hours and the income that I need to support my family.” ## How would you describe Roshal Health to a friend? “Roshal is a very diverse yet flexible source of income. Roshal offers so many different varieties of income, whether it's full-time, part-time, PRN. There are set-based schedules as well as being on call, which is what I do. But I love that Roshal offers so many different things and the team is just amazing, very attentive to fit employee needs.
