The culture at Roshal has been very different, in a positive way. I was coming from a hospital background where I was situated in a hospital for 12+ hours and there was no time or space in between your patients. When you come into a on-demand situation like Roshal you get to spend time with your patients, but you do have that space in between to have downtime. Since joining Roshal. - I was able to keep my son home with me for the first 3 years of his life because you do have that space and flexibility in my day-to-day activities.
