“Hello, my name is Dina. Most people know me by Di, and I've been working with Roshal for 2 years. I love working with Roshal. I love the flexibility that this job is providing me, and that allows me to be able to be with my family when I need to and choose my own hours and the days that I can work.”
What is your favorite non-traditional benefit of RH?
“My favorite part about working for Roshal is the life-work balance. I really have that with Roshal. I get so much flexibility for my family. I'm able to homeschool my children. I would've never been able to do that at a regular job and Roshal has given me that opportunity to have that work-life balance. I can home school my boys. I can make home cooked meals. I can be there for soccer practice, but it also gives me that extra income that I need, you know, as a hardworking mom and I have a family of 4, I do need to provide for my family, and Roshal gives me that extra, you know, that opportunity to make that extra income. I love working as a PRN because I get to travel a lot, I go to different markets, I work with different patients in different settings, and also work with different managers. It's just amazing. You're never just stuck in one spot, you know, like a regular job. You get to explore, you get to see most days at the office, you're out and about, driving, checking stuff out, and ready to receive the call. I love that I love the fact that every day can be different. You don't have the same day, same stuff, but I love the change. I love the variety of the job because some days I can be here, some days I can be there, and every day is different, and I just love that. I just love to keep things like that. I'm so thankful and blessed to have this opportunity.”
How would you describe Roshal Health to a friend?
“I would describe Roshal to a friend as a great company to work for. I have actually referred two friends to Roshal before and one of them is actually working right now for Roshal as a PRN like me - and she loves it. She tells me all the time it's such a great way of making a good income on the side, even though she works full-time in a different position. She still works with Roshal and she loves it. She loves that, the flexibility. She loves that she can make her schedule. She can work around her other job and make extra money. So I always tell people and I have another friend that's interested in coming with Roshal and she's also trying to apply right now.
